Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel from the DrNote customer billing portal. Unless Checkout or the portal states otherwise, access continues through the end of the paid billing period and the subscription will not renew.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or the paid service was materially unavailable, contact hello@drnote.app promptly with the account email and charge date. Requests are reviewed individually and refunds are provided when required by applicable law. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

Stripe may retry unsuccessful recurring payments according to the billing settings. Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion or other fees that DrNote does not control.
